Our platform serves as a bridge between clients and Lawyers, facilitating communication and access to legal advice. However, it's important to note that while we strive to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee the quality or outcomes of legal services provided by Lawyers.

3. Publication of Advice

We reserve the right to publish free advice provided by Lawyers on our portal and in external communications. However, user details will remain confidential. We advise against mentioning specific names in questions to avoid potential defamation claims.

Transparency is key to our operations. By publishing free advice provided by Lawyers, we aim to foster knowledge sharing and help our community make informed decisions. However, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and will not disclose any personal information without consent.

4. Multiple Opinions

legalsol.in hosts multiple Lawyers who may provide different opinions on similar questions. We do not assume liability for varying opinions and encourage users to seek additional advice or make informed decisions based on their discretion.

The relationship between a client and their Lawyer is a fundamental aspect of legal representation. While legalsol.in facilitates communication between clients and Lawyers, we do not act as intermediaries in the formation of Lawyer-client relationships. Users should understand that any agreements or engagements with Lawyers are independent of legalsol.in, and we do not assume responsibility for the outcomes of such relationships.

8. User Responsibilities

a. Users must be at least eighteen years old to use legalsol.in. b. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided. c. Basic internet skills are required to access legalsol.in services.

Our platform is designed for individuals who are of legal age and possess the necessary skills to navigate online platforms. Users may submit free questions on legalsol.in, but responses are not guaranteed. Users cannot select the answering Lawyer, and responses may be publicly displayed. legalsol.in is not liable for unanswered questions or delays.

Our platform offers users the opportunity to seek preliminary legal advice without incurring costs. However, users should be aware that free questions may not always receive immediate responses, and the selection of Lawyers is automated. While we endeavor to provide timely and helpful responses, users should manage their expectations and consider alternative options if their questions remain unanswered.

10. Independence of Lawyers

Opinions provided by Lawyers are independent and do not reflect the views of legalsol.in. We do not endorse specific Lawyers or guarantee the accuracy of their advice.

The legal profession is characterized by diversity and individual expertise. While we carefully vet and onboard Lawyers to our platform, we respect their autonomy and professional judgment. Users should understand that the opinions expressed by Lawyers are their own and may not necessarily align with the views of legalsol.in. We encourage users to consider multiple perspectives and consult with different Lawyers before making important decisions.

11. Website Usage Terms

a. Users must be at least eighteen years old to register. b. Users are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. c. legalsol.in may collect and store user information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. d. Users agree to use the site for lawful purposes and refrain from unethical conduct.

legalsol.in reserves the right to manage, delete, or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the service in accordance with our internal record retention and/or destruction policies.

You may receive emails to review the information provided for your legalsol.in record or for online consultations. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and update it as required.

16. Protection of Proprietary Information

The services provided by legalsol.in, including all software and information, both electronic and printed media, contain trade secrets and other proprietary intellectual property and are the exclusive property of legalsol.in. They are safeguarded by trademark laws and other proprietary rights and laws and may only be used or accessed as specifically provided for in this Agreement.

You undertake not to store, copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any programming code or source code used in or with the services. You also agree not to create derivative works based on it or in any manner commercially exploit the services in whole or in part. Violations by you or any other person or entity of these trade secrets and/or other intellectual property protections or the terms of this Agreement may lead to prosecution under Indian Laws and Bylaws. The final determination of whether the Consumer is in violation of any of these policies is at the sole discretion of legalsol.in.

For the duration of being logged into the Consumer's valid legalsol.in account, the consumer is hereby granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and qualifications of Agreements of legalsol.in.

Except for your case records, legalsol.in retains all rights, titles, and interests pertaining to legalsol.in, the legalsol.in Services, and any content, products, documentation, software, or other materials on the legalsol.in website, including any trade secret, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property or proprietary right in any of the foregoing.

legalsol.in encourages comments, suggestions, and submissions by its Consumers, including but not limited to messages, notes, feedback, artwork, communications, computer code, or creative materials provided to legalsol.in. Commenting, suggesting, or submitting shall constitute a full assignment of all rights whatsoever (Intellectual property) to legalsol.in. legalsol.in shall have the right to use the same for all legal purposes, including reproduction, disclosure, publishing, distribution, and the like, without any compensation to the Consumer.

Except as expressly provided herein, no other right or license with respect to any trademark rights or other proprietary rights is granted under this agreement. All rights not expressly granted hereunder by legalsol.in are expressly reserved to legalsol.in and its licensors and information and content providers.

If you believe any materials accessible on or from legalsol.in infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials.

No part of the materials, including graphics or logos, available on this Site, may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without specific permission.

Your license to access and use the Site and its services is subject to the following additional restrictions and prohibitions on use. You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any Site software or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture. You may not use any automatic or manual process to harvest information from the Site. You may not use the Site for the purpose of gathering information for or transmitting (a) unsolicited commercial email or SMS; (b) email or SMS that makes use of our name or trademarks, including in connection with invalid or forged headers, invalid or nonexistent domain names, or other means of deceptive addressing; and (c) unsolicited telephone calls or facsimile transmissions. You may not use the Site in a manner that violates any state or federal law regulating commercial email, facsimile transmissions, or telephone solicitations. You agree not to store, copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble, or attempt to discover any programming code or source code used in or with the Services. You shall not attempt to transfer any right in the Services, create derivative works based on it, or commercially exploit the Services in whole or in part. Violations of these trade secrets, intellectual property protections, or the terms of this Agreement may result in prosecution under Indian Laws and Bylaws. The determination of whether the Consumer is in violation of any of these policies is at the sole discretion of legalsol.in.

During the duration of being logged into the Consumer’s valid legalsol.in account, the consumer is granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and qualifications of Agreements of legalsol.in.

Comments, suggestions, and submissions by Consumers, including messages, notes, feedback, artwork, communications, computer code, or creative materials provided to legalsol.in, shall be considered a full assignment of all rights to legalsol.in. legalsol.in reserves the right to use such materials for all legal purposes, including reproduction, disclosure, publishing, distribution, and the like, without any compensation to the Consumer.

18. Etiquette and Privacy

Users agree to indemnify and hold legalsol.in harmless for any and all acts found or suspected to be in violation of these terms. Accounts found to be in violation may be terminated.

Users shall not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of legalsol.in’s computing systems or networks, or gain unauthorized access. legalsol.in reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
